Data collection

Realeyes conducts studies both face-to-face and remotely online.

For online studies we can tap into any existing camera device. Our systems can integrate with various collection models from standard online panels to website intercept or just sending out study invites to a direct email list. Do get in touch to inquire about your requirements in more detail.

For face-to-face studies we use leading edge eye-tracking hardware from SMI. These high-end eye-tracking systems are based on infra-red light technology and are completely unobtrusive, requiring no wires or head-mounted devices. Test participants can move freely without compromising the precision of the monitors.

Realeyes has built a unique infrastructure of data collection units in public locations. The units are managed online and operated by Realeyes' administrators in places like shopping malls, cafes and transport hubs. Test participants are readily available in such locations, decreasing turnaround times and testing costs significantly. Our network of public collection centers spans both the US and Europe and covers a wide range of demographic profiles. On demand, Realeyes can also conduct testing at a client's premises or alongside a traditional focus group.

Accurate visual attention analysis requires samples of 50 participants or more. Smaller samples can produce reports that are not as reliable. Why quantitative?

Data analysis
