C++ Computer Vision Developer

You will be developing groundbreaking solutions for gaze, emotions and gesture tracking and automated object recognition.

Responsibilities:

• Implement detection and tracking algorithms for faces and facial features, shapes and objects
• Optimise algorithms' performance for real-time execution
• Develop integration with data-collection and analysis software

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Excellent top grade C/C++ development skills
• Strong mathematical skills and familiarity with statistical methods
• University degree, preferably in Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics
• Good written and spoken English

Desired skills (not required):

• Exposure to frameworks for real-time optimisations using Intel IPP, MKL, Threading Building Blocks, GPGPU (CUDA, OpenCL, OpenVIDIA)
• Experience with development of gaze, head, emotions or gesture tracking algorithms
• Familiarity with computer vision libraries such as OpenCV or VXL
• General understanding of some of the following statistical methods such as Active Shape Models (AAM/CLM), Gaussian processes, Hidden Markov Models, Bayesian inference, Mean-Shift, Boosting and Classification, Principle Component Analysis
• Understanding of machine learning techniques
• Ability to prototype in Matlab or Octave
