Office Happiness Manager

Main tasks:

  • Spreading cheer be the face of the company to the employees and all visitors, be upbeat always and keep things lively
  • Managing office supplies in the Budapest office – make sure we never run out of food, drinks, stationary etc.
  • Providing travel support from booking flights and accommodation to managing visa processes for our distributed teams in Budapest, London, and Minsk
  • Organizing team events to keep the spirits high – get to know people and their interests, understand their needs and provide suggestions for time together activities
  • Handle Bonusly and Development Budget system
  • Manage all facilities vendor relationships
  • Supporting our HR Manager in ad-hoc tasks


Requirements:

  • Fluent in Hungarian
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken - we are a multinational team with lots of languages spoken, and English being the one that connects us all
  • Can work independently with little supervision – it’s a fast-paced environment where you will need to be able to take a loose project description and drive it to completion, with little help
  • Are hungry for gaining new knowledge and experience – there’s a lot happening around and being proactive and able to pick-up tasks on the go is a huge advantage
  • Have perfect interpersonal and communication skills – you’ll have to talk a lot to employees, suppliers, partners and other people, so communication is crucial
